Durafer works with green and circular steel that is produced in electric arc furnaces or hydrogen arc furnaces. After dismantling, 85% of the steel can be reused, 14% can be recycled and only 1% ends up in the waste stream. This minimises waste while also reducing the consumption of new raw materials.
